What is the IPO Subscription Schedule for the Fourth Week of March?
[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Hyowon] In the fourth week of this month (March), Nensis will conduct a general public offering subscription. Haesung TPC, which was scheduled for subscription this week, has postponed the schedule to April.
◆Nensis= Established in 2006, Nensis is a manufacturer of secondary battery inspection equipment. The secondary battery production process can be broadly classified into ▲electrode process ▲assembly process ▲activation process ▲module and pack (PACK) process, and Nensis supplies vision inspection equipment for all these processes.
The main customers are centered on secondary batteries, with LG Energy Solution and Samsung SDI accounting for a large portion. The sales composition by product is 78.3% from secondary battery products, 0.6% from solar products, and 21.1% from service operations.
Nensis surpassed 20 billion KRW in sales in 2017, when it fully launched its vision inspection equipment manufacturing business, and recorded sales of 31.9 billion KRW in 2019. The cumulative sales from the first to third quarter of last year reached 28.8 billion KRW, with an operating profit of 7.3 billion KRW.
Based on the demand forecast from institutional investors, Nensis set the public offering price at the upper end of the desired range, 19,000 KRW. A total of 1,550 institutions participated in the demand forecast, recording a competition rate of 1,468 to 1. General investor subscription will be conducted on the 22nd and 23rd, and the company is scheduled to be listed on the KOSDAQ market on April 1. The lead manager is Mirae Asset Daewoo.
