'Akkim e-Bogeumjari Loan' Now Available at NongHyup Bank as Well
[Asia Economy Reporter Kiho Sung] NH Nonghyup Bank announced on the 19th that from the 17th, the 'Akkim e-Bogeumjari Loan' handled by Korea Housing Finance Corporation can also be used at Nonghyup Bank.
The 'Bogeumjari Loan' handled by Korea Housing Finance Corporation allows loan applications up to 70% of the maximum housing price for purchasing houses priced at 600 million KRW or less, and is a product with fixed interest rates repaid in installments over 10 to 30 years.
The 'Akkim e-Bogeumjari Loan' can be applied for through the Korea Housing Finance Corporation website, and its interest rate is 0.1 percentage points lower than the u-Bogeumjari Loan.
As of March, the loan interest rates range from 2.25% (10-year maturity) to 2.5% (30-year maturity) with fixed interest rates applied until maturity, and additional preferential interest rates can be applied according to various conditions such as 'Family Love Preferential' and 'Socially Considerate Group Preferential.'
To commemorate the launch of the 'Akkim e-Bogeumjari Loan,' NH Nonghyup Bank will hold an event from the 25th to June 30th. During this period, 1,300 new customers of the 'Akkim e-Bogeumjari Loan' will be selected by lottery to receive a Dorayorae Chicken Set and Starbucks gift certificates. Winners will be announced on the Nonghyup Bank website at the end of July.
