Gwangju Office of Education Implements 'Ansim Call' Access Management Service
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Gwan-woo] Gwangju Metropolitan Office of Education announced on the 18th that it will implement the ‘Safe Call (Call) Entry Management Service’ for visitors.
The Safe Call (Call) Entry Management Service is an improved entry management method designed for digitally vulnerable groups such as the elderly who have difficulty using QR codes, addressing the social issue of personal information leakage caused by handwritten logs.
The entry management service, which began on the 17th, prioritizes the convenience and demands of citizens including civil petitioners, according to the Office of Education.
This entry management service operates by assigning a unique number to each facility.
When citizens visiting the Office of Education call the assigned 10-digit unique number, their phone number and entry time are automatically recorded.
The recorded information is automatically deleted after 4 weeks, and the call charges are fully covered by the Office of Education.
