Seodaemun-gu Provides Small Business Mentoring to Revitalize Sinchon Commercial Area
Selection of 10 Companies with Mentoring Conducted 3 Times per Company from Late April to End of June... Different Mentors Matched According to Industry and Operation Type, Including Store Management Analysis, Customized Mentoring, and Solution Proposals
[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] Seodaemun-gu (Mayor Moon Seok-jin) will conduct the 'Sinchon Small Business Mentoring' program from late April to the end of June to revitalize the Sinchon local commercial district, which has been stagnant due to social distancing measures.
The program targets small business owners operating in Sinchon-dong, Changcheon-dong, and Daehyeon-dong, providing each store with ▲business status and external environment analysis ▲key issue selection ▲mentor matching ▲customized mentoring ▲and mid- to long-term solution proposals.
Small business owners in the Sinchon area who wish to receive mentoring can download the application form from the Seodaemun-gu website notice section, fill it out, and send it via email (sinchon519@gmail.com) by April 9.
The district office will select 10 companies by reviewing eligibility and suitability through a first document screening and, if necessary, a second interview.
The mentoring will be hosted by The Peach, a startup specialized mentoring company, and each company will receive three mentoring sessions: one 'diagnostic mentoring' session and two 'customized mentoring' sessions tailored to their industry and operational type.
Different mentors will be matched to each store to provide consultations, close analysis, and solution proposals.
