[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] TMON will launch a regular live commerce broadcast every Thursday selling residential products such as officetels. TMON (CEO Lee Jin-won) announced on the 18th that it has launched 'TMON Home Live' on its own live commerce channel TVON and plans to showcase various residential products starting with officetels every Thursday afternoon.
TMON Home Live was planned as an extension of the officetel live commerce that TMON conducted last October. At that time, TMON attracted much attention by presenting live commerce sales as a solution amid the recession in the officetel sales market caused by COVID-19. Following the first broadcast, inquiries from construction companies and real estate sales agencies continued, leading to the decision to operate regular live commerce for residential products.
TMON Home Live will be structured so that the show host introduces the model house site in real time and interacts with viewers. Viewers can check every corner of the property with the show host without visiting the model house and ask questions immediately. A sales expert will also appear on the broadcast to explain sales information that customers are curious about.

In the first broadcast, which will be held at 3 p.m. on the day, sales rights for 'Gaon Palace Officetel' located near Suwon Station will be sold. If a contract deposit of 490,000 KRW is paid on TMON, buyers can secure royal floor units according to the payment order. If the purchase is not made, the full deposit will be refunded. A TMON official said, "TMON will continuously develop the broadcast format and product composition so that live commerce can become a new standard for selling residential products."
