OB Beer Accepting Applications for GMT 'Global Talent Recruitment' Until the 6th of Next Month
[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] OB Beer announced on the 18th that it is accepting applications for the 'Global Talent Recruitment' GMT program until April 6.
GMT is AB InBev's global talent recruitment program, which OB Beer has been conducting since 2015. The GMT program aims to select talents with the qualities of global key personnel and rapidly develop them into executives through various on-the-job experiences.
Successful candidates will first undergo a two-month internship from July to August. After completing the internship, those who pass the performance evaluation will be officially hired and participate in an intensive rotation program for 18 months starting from January next year, gaining practical experience in the production, sales, and marketing departments. They will meet AB InBev's global CEO and executives to experience global management firsthand and acquire practical business insights in various overseas regions. Each individual will also be required to carry out an innovation project assigned for the company's development.
Those selected for GMT will receive the position of manager or higher middle management rank upon completion of the program. Eligibility includes those expected to graduate in February 2022 or graduates with less than two years of work experience. Anyone who is curious, bold, and eager to achieve results based on their capabilities can apply.
Applications for production and logistics (SET) interns are also open until the 6th of next month. Eligibility includes those expected to graduate in August 2021 or graduates with less than two years of work experience, with preference given to majors in mechanical engineering, business, and science. After a three-month SET internship from July to September, those hired as full-time employees will start work at the assistant manager level.
An OB Beer official said, “We are waiting for GMT interns who can demonstrate their capabilities and grow without job restrictions at OB Beer,” and added, “We hope many excellent talents with big dreams for the world will apply.”
