Gwangju TP-Korea Standards Association Sign MOU for Smart Factory Diagnosis and Post-Management of Manufacturing Companies
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Gwan-woo] Gwangju Technopark (Gwangju TP) announced on the 17th that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Korea Standards Association to strengthen the diagnosis and post-management of smart factories for local manufacturing companies.
This agreement was promoted to enhance the diagnosis and post-management of local companies in relation to the smart factory dissemination project promoted by Gwangju TP to respond to the improvement of manufacturing processes and on-site automation of local companies.
In particular, through cooperation and joint research on overall smart manufacturing innovation, both organizations plan to actively collaborate to achieve practical results for local companies responding to the 4th Industrial Revolution, including strengthening the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises, discovering Gwangju-type smart manufacturing innovation policies, establishing factory standards, developing smart factory models, discovering demand for smart factory dissemination projects, and providing consulting support.
