View original image[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Soon-kyung] On the 17th, Hapcheon-gun, Gyeongnam Province held a meeting with nine heads of agricultural and livestock cooperatives in the region at the Agricultural Technology Center's main conference room, attended by County Governor Moon Jun-hee, County Council Chairman Bae Mong-hee, Kang Moon-gyu, head of the Hapcheon branch of the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation, and Shin Jae-soon, director of the Agricultural Technology Center.
This meeting was organized to share development plans for fostering the "3-Nongs" (agriculture, rural areas, and farmers) in Hapcheon-gun and to gather opinions on the county's agricultural policies.
At the meeting, the cooperative heads proposed the development of representative agricultural products for the advancement of county agriculture, promotion of cooperative projects between local governments and the agricultural cooperative, measures to revitalize rural labor supply, and support and improvements for longstanding projects and current issues of regional agricultural cooperatives.
