[Asia Economy Reporter Minwoo Lee] KTB Network has signed an initial public offering (IPO) underwriting agreement with Korea Investment & Securities and NH Investment & Securities.
KTB Network announced on the 17th that it has signed a contract appointing Korea Investment & Securities as the lead underwriter and NH Investment & Securities as a co-underwriter for the IPO.
Korea Investment & Securities and NH Investment & Securities were the co-underwriters when the company pursued its IPO in 2018. KTB Network stated, "These securities firms have a thorough understanding of the company and possess top-tier industry capabilities, ensuring smooth progress of the listing process."

Earlier, KTB Network announced its plan last month to pursue an IPO aiming for a KOSDAQ listing within the year. The plan is to enhance corporate value and secure investment resources through the IPO. KTB Network is a 100% subsidiary of KTB Investment & Securities, with total assets under management of 1.1645 trillion KRW. Last year, it recorded an operating profit of 44.6 billion KRW and a net profit of 35.8 billion KRW.
