Park Young-sun: "Ahn Changed Partners for 10 Years... Using Seoul Politically"
[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Ju-yeon] On the 16th, Park Young-sun, the Democratic Party of Korea's candidate for Seoul mayor, criticized Ahn Cheol-soo, the People's Party candidate, saying, "The partner has changed every time for 10 years," and "They merge and leave the party every time, and I don't know what that leaves for the citizens of Seoul as a politician."
On the same day, after meeting with the Korean Confederation of Trade Unions in Yeouido in the morning, Park responded to reporters' questions about Ahn's declaration of opposition party unification.
Park pointed out, "They are not on the path to becoming the mayor of Seoul, but their hearts are elsewhere, politically using Seoul."
Regarding Joo Ho-young, the floor leader of the People Power Party, suddenly agreeing to the 'LH special prosecutor,' Park said, "It should have been accepted earlier," and evaluated, "His response was too late."
Park said, "He probably did a lot of calculations," and added, "I hope he won't accept things based on cost-benefit calculations in the future."
She emphasized, "There is no reason to refuse a system that is legally supported," and "The opposition party's suggestion to hand over all investigations to the prosecution is legally impossible. I think repeatedly proposing this was just a trick to buy time."
