This program was prepared to improve the basic physical fitness of children who are staying at home due to COVID-19.
The classes will be held every Tuesday and Thursday for 34 sixth-grade children from Dream Start, covering various aerobic and strength exercises under themes such as ▲height-increasing exercises ▲stretching gymnastics, physical exercises using balloons ▲exercises using bands ▲traditional folk games ▲children’s yoga ▲one-marker physical education.
In particular, the play and physical education program is organized considering the exercise levels and health conditions of overweight and underweight children, and depending on the COVID-19 situation, non-face-to-face classes will also be conducted via Zoom, where instructors will individually guide the children while watching them directly.

Also, starting this March, in addition to play and physical education, projects such as ▲Dream Graduation Start project ▲Dream Childcare project ▲semi-prepared food support project will be promoted to help children grow healthily without any care gaps.
