Bottled Water 'Masinda' Launches Tottenham Package Featuring Son Heung-min
[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] Dong-A Otsuka's bottled water brand ‘Masinda’ announced on the 16th that it will launch a special package featuring Tottenham Hotspur from the Premier League, where Son Heung-min plays.
This special package, produced under an official licensing agreement with the club, features images of Son Heung-min, Harry Kane, Gareth Bale, and Harry Winks, who play for Tottenham, along with the official Tottenham Hotspur emblem.
The bottled water ‘Masinda’ renewed its existing label design to reflect the product’s identity, which captures the purity of Songnisan. The design features a mountain ridge in blue and white, expressing the clear and clean nature of Songnisan, and applies a Hangul logo design with a traditional feel.
Launched in 2008, the bottled water ‘Masinda’ uses natural bedrock water drawn from a granite layer at an altitude of 350 meters in the pristine area of Songnisan National Park, its water source.
The name ‘Masinda’ is derived from ‘Masina,’ a region in Africa known for water scarcity, conveying the meaning of “cherishing and appreciating water even in a single sip.”
