Sexual Harassment OUT in the Workplace... Prevention Training Conducted
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Oh Hwan-joo] Muan County, Jeollanam-do (Governor Kim San) announced on the 11th that it is conducting workplace sexual crime and domestic violence prevention education for the first half of 2021 for all 1,316 employees throughout March.
This education is conducted online due to COVID-19 and aims to easily explain the legal concepts of sexual harassment, prostitution, sexual violence, and domestic violence, and to instill correct values about sexuality among employees through education on various types and cases of sexual crimes.
Governor Kim San stated, "Sexual crimes are serious offenses that cause great mental suffering to victims," and added, "We will continue to conduct education to create a healthy workplace culture free from sexual crimes and domestic violence."
