View original image[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Kyung-pil] Wando-gun, Jeollanam-do announced on the 11th that on the 10th, it held a plan report meeting for the 2022 (2021 performance) government joint evaluation at the county office situation room, presided over by Vice Governor Bong Jin-moon, with 18 heads of indicator management departments attending.
At the meeting, they focused on discussing the causes and problems of last year's poor indicators, strategies to achieve new indicator targets, and future plans.
The county is accelerating its efforts to prepare for the evaluation by establishing strategies such as reflecting on last year's quantitative indicator issues and improvements in the promotion plan, early discovery of excellent cases of qualitative indicators, and joint responses to collaborative indicators to enter the top ranks within the province.
Additionally, the county plans to monitor the progress monthly until the end of December when the evaluation period ends, and continuously hold meetings to address poor indicators to manage performance intensively.
Vice Governor Bong Jin-moon urged, "To achieve excellent results in the government joint evaluation, not only the indicator managers but also team leaders and department heads should analyze the indicators in detail and do their best to improve performance."

Meanwhile, the government joint evaluation is a system based on Article 21 of the "Basic Act on Government Work Evaluation," in which the Ministry of the Interior and Safety evaluates administrative capabilities, including the performance of national delegated tasks and major national policy implementation conducted by local governments together with central ministries.
