View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Ki Ha-young] Heungkuk Life Insurance announced on the 11th that it held a 'Financial Consumer Protection Practice Resolution Meeting' at its headquarters in Jongno-gu, Seoul, as part of customer-centric management for consumer protection.
This event was held to reinforce the commitment of executives and employees to comply with and practice the 'Financial Consumer Protection Act (FCPA)' which will be enforced on the 25th. The event was attended by Park Chun-won, the appointed CEO, and related executives.
At the event, the '10 Commandments for Practicing Financial Consumer Protection' were announced. These commandments consist of the values and behavioral guidelines for executives and employees aimed at customer-centric management and consumer protection.
In addition, Heungkuk Life Insurance will conduct a 'Know the FCPA Correctly' campaign throughout March targeting all executives and employees. The campaign includes special broadcasts about the FCPA, explanatory sessions for branch managers, a relay quiz on the FCPA, and PC pop-ups featuring the six major sales principles of the FCPA to raise awareness and encourage practice among employees.
