On the afternoon of the 10th, People Power Party lawmakers Yoo Kyung-joon and Jeon Ju-hye submitted a complaint to the Supreme Prosecutors' Office accusing Democratic Party lawmakers Cheon Jun-ho and Go Min-jung of spreading false information and defaming the candidate related to Oh. They are alleged to have violated Articles 250 and 251 of the Public Official Election Act.
On the previous day, Lawmaker Cheon raised suspicions about Oh's 'Naegok-dong land.' This included claims that in 2009, when Oh was serving as Seoul mayor, he was involved in designating land in Naegok-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul, owned by his family and in-laws, as a public housing site. Lawmaker Cheon serves as the chief secretary to Democratic Party candidate Park Young-sun.

He further criticized, "Seeing Candidate Park trying to conduct the policy election at the level of the smear campaigns of the late Liberal Party era, it seems she is really desperate," adding, "Is she so insecure that she is bringing up an issue that candidate Han Myeong-sook raised 10 years ago and was embarrassed over?"
