Muan-gun Operates One Company One Manager System for COVID-19 Overcoming in Local Businesses
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Oh Hwan-joo] Muan-gun, Jeollanam-do (Governor Kim San) will operate a one-company-one-manager system for local companies for the first quarter of 2021 from the 10th to the 12th, for three days, to identify damage cases caused by COVID-19, provide consultations, and support solutions.
According to Muan-gun on the 9th, the one-company-one-manager system assigns a team leader-level or higher official from the county office to be in charge of one local small and medium-sized enterprise (SME), listening to damages and difficulties caused by COVID-19 and resolving the companies' immediate issues through consultations.
Since last year, through the one-company-one-manager system, the county has distributed COVID-19 prevention supplies twice to 212 companies and resolved 63 out of 81 suggestions and difficulties.
This year, a total of 202 senior public officials (25 at division or department head level or higher, 9 town and township heads, and 168 team leaders) will listen to the voices of 202 local SMEs and propose solutions after consulting with the responsible departments to create a business-friendly environment.
