Jindo-gun, Operation of Mobile Civil Complaint Service in 2021
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Hyun] Jindo County, Jeollanam-do announced on the 9th that it will operate the 2021 Mobile Petition Service at the comprehensive situation room on the basement first floor of Jindo County Office on the 7th of next month.
The Mobile Petition Service, promoted as an annual policy by the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission, is an on-site grievance consultation service where a counseling team composed of specialized investigators from the Commission and cooperating agency officials visits local residents directly to listen to and resolve their grievances.
The main consultation areas include all administrative civil complaints related to central administrative agencies and local governments, as well as broad consultations on culture, education, welfare, labor, environment, and urban planning.
Residents who wish to receive consultation can visit the nearest eup/myeon office to apply in advance or make a reservation by phone by the 23rd of this month, and on the day of operation, they can also fill out an application form on-site to receive consultation.
