SK Corp. Also Appoints Female Outside Director
[Asia Economy Reporter Park So-yeon] SK Inc. announced on the 5th that it plans to propose an agenda to appoint Kim Sun-hee, President and CEO of Maeil Dairies Co., Ltd., as a new outside director at the shareholders' meeting to be held on the 29th.
Since 2014, Kim, who has served as CEO of Maeil Dairies, is the first female CEO in the domestic milk processing industry and received the 'Dasan Management Award' in 2020.
