Cyprus "Allows Entry of British Nationals Fully Vaccinated Against COVID-19"
[Asia Economy Reporter Sung Kiho] Cyprus will exempt British nationals who have received both doses of the COVID-19 vaccine from self-quarantine and testing upon arrival starting May 1.
According to foreign media reports on the 5th (local time), Cyprus made this decision.
Before the COVID-19 pandemic in 2019, more than one million British visitors came to Cyprus, making them the largest customer base for Cyprus. This measure applies only to those vaccinated with AstraZeneca and Pfizer vaccines.
Prior to Cyprus, Greece also proposed to open its doors to vaccinated British nationals, but the date has not yet been set.
