Jeximix Ranks No.1 in Clothing Category in 'Top 100 Internet Shopping Mall Evaluation'
[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] Jeximix, operated by media commerce company Brand X Corporation, announced on the 5th that it ranked first in the clothing mall category in the 'Top 100 Internet Shopping Mall Evaluation' conducted by the Seoul Metropolitan Government.
The Seoul Metropolitan Government conducted a comprehensive evaluation of consumer satisfaction and consumer protection items for the 100 internet shopping malls with the highest number of visitors last year. The shopping malls were divided into a total of 12 categories including clothing, general shopping malls, open markets, overseas purchasing agencies, food, travel, and more. Scores were calculated by summing three evaluation items: 'Consumer Protection (50 points)', 'Consumer Usage Satisfaction (40 points)', and 'Consumer Damage Occurrence (10 points)'.
Jeximix recorded the highest score among clothing malls with a total of 85.18 points. It received high marks in the areas of prompt service and ease of use, and notably received a perfect score of 10 in the consumer damage occurrence category, recognizing its thorough customer service (CS) center operation.
Since its establishment, Jeximix has applied a direct-to-consumer (D2C) structure, making it an online specialized brand with 90% of sales coming from its own mall. The untact shopping trend due to COVID-19 and the athleisure lifestyle combined to help it achieve sales of 109.4 billion KRW and operating profit of 10.8 billion KRW last year, marking its best performance since launch and showing significant growth.
Lee Su-yeon, CEO of Brand X Corporation’s Jeximix, said, “We are pleased that our focus on better customer service and product quality to quickly respond to non-face-to-face shopping and athleisure trends has led to positive evaluations.” She added, “We are continuously monitoring to improve any shortcomings so that consumers can use the shopping mall more conveniently, and we are striving to maximize our strengths.”
