NH SPAC 14ho, Majority Shareholder Changed to Hyundai Elevator
[Asia Economy Reporter Ji Yeon-jin] NH SPAC No.14 announced on the 4th that its largest shareholder has changed from SBI Investment to Hyundai Elevator and four others.
This change in the largest shareholder is due to NH Special Purpose Acquisition Company No.14's absorption merger with Hyundai Movex.

The new largest shareholder, Hyundai Elevator, holds 37,484,442 shares, accounting for 36.85% of the stake. Chung Mong-hun, Chairman of Hyundai Group (26.15% stake), and his eldest daughter Jung Ji-i (4.36%), second daughter Young-i (0.14%), and only son Young-sun (0.19%) are also listed as special related parties of the largest shareholder.
