SBS Announcer Kim Yunsang Booked for Drunk Driving Accident
[Asia Economy Reporter Jeong Dong-hoon] Kim Yoonsang (33), an SBS announcer, has been booked by the police on charges of causing a drunk driving accident.
According to the police on the 4th, Kim was driving a passenger car while intoxicated in the parking lot of a residential-commercial complex in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, around 3 a.m. that day, and crashed into a wall. No one was injured in the accident, but the fire hydrant on the parking lot wall was damaged.
Immediately after the accident, a breathalyzer test showed that Kim's blood alcohol concentration was above 0.08%, the level for license cancellation. Subsequently, Kim requested a blood test, and the police collected blood and sent it to the National Forensic Service for analysis.
