The limited company controlled by the Trump family purchased this mansion in May 2018 from Maryanne Trump Barry, former President Trump's sister, for $18.5 million. It is a two-story building with a floor area of 971 square meters on a 2,428 square meter lot. It features 8 bedrooms and a swimming pool.
