10 Additional COVID-19 Cases Confirmed in Goyang... Infection Routes Under Investigation
[Asia Economy Reporter Ra Young-cheol] Ten additional COVID-19 cases have been confirmed in Goyang City, Gyeonggi Province.
According to the city on the 1st, a total of 10 people tested positive for COVID-19, including 2 on the afternoon of the 28th of last month and 8 as of 4 p.m. on the same day.
The sources of infection are 3 cases of family transmission and 6 cases of contact with acquaintances, while the infection route for the remaining 1 case is under investigation.
By residence, 8 cases were reported in Deogyang-gu, 1 in Ilsandong-gu, and 1 in Ilsanseo-gu.
Additionally, on the 28th of last month, one Goyang citizen was confirmed positive for COVID-19 at Hadong County Public Health Center in Gyeongnam Province.

Meanwhile, as of 4 p.m. on the same day, the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Goyang City is 2,181, with 2,098 confirmed cases among Goyang citizens (2,028 domestic infections, 70 overseas infections / including citizens confirmed positive in other regions).
