'Cheolsu Review' LG Phones, W41 Series 3 Models Released in India... Priced Around 200,000 Won
[Asia Economy Reporter Seulgina Cho] LG Electronics, which is considering withdrawing from the smartphone business, has unveiled the 'LG W41' series, a mid-range model priced in the 200,000 KRW range, in the Indian market.
According to IT media PhoneArena on the 24th (local time), the LG W41 series is the successor to the W31 series launched in India last November. It was released in three models: the base W41, W41 Plus, and W41 Pro.
The W series is a brand launched by LG Electronics to target India, the world's second-largest smartphone market, and has fully adopted the Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) method. There are also expectations that even if LG Electronics decides to withdraw in the future, the smartphone lineage can continue through ODM models like the W41.
The W41 series supports a 6.55-inch HD+ IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1600x720. It features a punch-hole design front camera and a rear quad camera. The front camera has 8 megapixels, and the rear main sensor has 48 megapixels. The AI camera includes Google Assistant and Google Lens. It supports 4GB and 6GB RAM, 64GB and 128GB storage, and a 5000mAh battery capacity. It is equipped with MediaTek's octa-core Helio G35 processor.
