Chonnam National University Global Diaspora Research Institute Hosts Academic Conference on 'Lives of Migrants'

The Chonnam National University Global Diaspora Research Institute announced on the 24th that it will jointly hold a domestic academic conference on the 25th with the 4th phase BK21 International Migration and Diaspora Innovative Talent Education Research Group.
Under the main theme of "Migration and Health," this academic conference will focus on various social issues related to immigrants' health and discuss ways to overcome them.
More than 40 domestic and international expert researchers will participate, covering topics such as ▲care issues for immigrants ▲health rights issues of immigrants ▲psychological adaptation issues of immigrants.
Recently, the issue of guaranteeing health rights for immigrants in Korea has come to the forefront due to COVID-19, and the continuous raising of immigrants' rights improvement and health rights issues, as well as the expansion into international health and transnational healthcare issues, has made this academic conference noteworthy.
