Seocho-gu Launches 'Individual Official Land Price SMS Notification' Service for the First Time
Applications open from February 18, receive individual official land price for desired lot number via SMS for 3 years with one click... Apply on the old website, offline applications available at community centers for media-disadvantaged groups
[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] Seocho-gu will implement the 'Individual Official Land Price SMS Notification' service starting this year, allowing residents to receive individual official land price information via mobile text messages.
The district announces the annual individual official land price decision prices on its website, but some landowners, such as elderly people who have difficulty using the internet, were unaware of the individual official land price decision and announcement dates, causing them to miss the objection application period.
To resolve this inconvenience, the 'Individual Official Land Price SMS Notification Service' has been launched to provide mobile text message guidance on the individual official land price viewing date (early April), decision and announcement date (end of May), and the opinion and objection application period and methods.
Residents who wish to use the SMS notification service can apply online through the Seocho-gu Office website starting February 18, or apply at the nearest community service center or the Real Estate Information Division.
