SPC Samlip Launches 'Royal Rich Jersey Milk'
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Hye-sun] SPC Samlip announced on the 18th that it has launched a premium milk called 'Royal Rich Jersey Milk.'
'Royal Rich Jersey Milk' is milk from the golden-colored 'Jersey' cows native to Jersey Island in the UK. Currently, the 'Jersey' breed is also raised at the British royal farms to produce milk exclusively for the British royal family.
Compared to regular milk (Holstein breed), the 'Jersey' breed produces less milk but is characterized by a smooth and rich flavor and is rich in protein and calcium.
