The Ulsan District Court Criminal Division 6 (Judge Jeon Kiheung) announced on the 17th that it sentenced A (24), who was indicted for violating the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment of Sexual Crimes, to a fine of 3 million won.
The court also ordered A to complete a 40-hour sexual violence treatment program and imposed a three-year employment restriction at child and youth-related institutions.
A was charged with secretly entering the women's restroom on the second floor of a shopping mall in Nam-gu, Ulsan, in February 2020, after dressing in advance in women's skirt, stockings, and a hat.

The court stated, "It is recognized that the defendant intruded into the women's restroom, a public place, to satisfy his sexual desire," and explained the sentencing by saying, "Considering the circumstances of the crime and whether there is any prior criminal record, a fine was imposed."
