Na said, "To reduce congestion on city buses and create a pleasant public transportation environment, we will actively introduce eco-friendly double-decker electric buses."
To this end, she explained, "Out of the total budget of 560 billion won for electric bus introduction, 70 billion won in city funds will be secured annually through national matching funds," adding, "The public management function of the semi-public bus system and private sector efficiency will also be further improved."
