KT Telecop Appoints Jang Ji-ho as CEO... "Will Build a Customer-Centered Platform Security Company"
[Asia Economy Reporter Seulgina Cho] Security specialist company KT Telecop announced on the 8th that it has appointed former KT DS Vice President Jang Ji-ho as its new CEO.
Born in 1966, CEO Jang joined KT in 1993 and has held various positions including Network Operations Manager at the Network Quality Headquarters, Head of Gwanghwamun Branch, and Head of Management Planning at KT ENS. He moved to KT DS in 2015 and served as General Manager of Management Planning until earlier this year, making him a professional executive with extensive experience across the KT Group.
KT Telecop introduced CEO Jang as being appointed in recognition of his rich practical experience and management capabilities within the KT Group.
In his inaugural speech, CEO Jang expressed his ambition to "make the company a customer-centric platform security firm." He also stated, "As a platform security company that prioritizes customers, we plan to utilize intelligent video analysis, video monitoring, and cloud storage to deliver new customer value."
