View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyo-jin] Woori Asset Trust, a comprehensive real estate finance subsidiary of Woori Financial Group, announced on the 5th that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) related to reconstruction maintenance projects with Dongyang, an affiliate of Eugene Group.
The business agreement ceremony held yesterday at the headquarters of Woori Asset Trust in Samseong-dong, Seoul, was attended by key stakeholders including Lee Chang-jae, CEO of Woori Asset Trust, and Jeong Jin-hak, CEO of Dongyang.
Since becoming part of Woori Financial Group, Woori Asset Trust has shown great interest in reconstruction maintenance projects, actively promoting urban maintenance projects by establishing related teams and expanding its business portfolio.
This agreement was prepared to jointly discover projects with excellent business feasibility such as redevelopment, reconstruction, and maintenance of aging facilities, in response to the recent demand for stable housing development in urban maintenance areas, and to contribute to stable project promotion and national housing stability through collaboration.
