IBK, Easy Insurance Claim Without Paper Documents with 'i-ONE Bank'
If You Are a Subscriber to Real-World Insurance from 11 Insurers, Easily Claim Your Insurance Benefits
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sun-mi] IBK Industrial Bank announced on the 5th that it will launch the ‘Fast Claims Service for Indemnity Insurance’ on its mobile banking app ‘i-ONE Bank,’ allowing customers to easily claim insurance benefits without paper documents.
The service is available to indemnity insurance policyholders from 11 insurance companies, including Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance, KB Insurance, Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance, and Samsung Life Insurance. Customers who did not purchase insurance through IBK can also use the service.
In particular, customers using about 80 affiliated hospitals such as Chung-Ang University Hospital and Seoul St. Mary’s Hospital can claim insurance benefits by simply entering their resident registration number in i-ONE Bank, as medical data is linked. For non-affiliated hospitals, customers need to attach images of supporting documents issued by the hospital.
