Within walking distance to Everline Dunjeon Station and Bopyeong Station, easy transfer at Giheung Station on Suin-Bundang Line for convenient access to Gangnam and Pangyo
Hillstate Yongin Dunjeon Station is within walking distance to Everline light rail Dunjeon Station and Bopyeong Station. Through this line, it takes about 20 minutes to reach Giheung Station, a transfer station to the Suin-Bundang subway line, allowing convenient travel to Seoul Gangnam, Bundang in Gyeonggi, Suwon, and other areas. Additionally, the nearby wide-area bus stops enhance accessibility to Seoul via public transportation.
Access to the Yeongdong Expressway via Yongin IC is easy, and various road openings are planned around the complex. First, the Seoul-Sejong Expressway, known as the ‘Second Gyeongbu Expressway,’ is under construction aiming for full opening in 2024. The Anseong-Guri section passing through Yongin City is targeted to open by the end of 2022. Once opened, it will be possible to enter the Yongin branch of the Seoul-Sejong Expressway (planned) via the nearby Yeongdong Expressway, shortening travel time to Seoul and Sejong compared to before.
The Metropolitan Area 2nd Ring Expressway is also planned. This road forms a large loop connecting Gimpo, Paju, Namyangju, Osan, Hwaseong, Incheon, and Gimpo in Gyeonggi-do. According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport’s expressway plan, 10 out of 11 sections are scheduled to open in 2024.
Among these, the Icheon-Osan (Dongtan) section passing through Yongin is under construction aiming for opening in 2022. Once opened, it will be possible to enter the newly planned Pogok IC near the complex, facilitating convenient travel to the metropolitan area.
Local Road No. 57 is also planned. The Opo-Pogok road connecting Dongnim-ri, Mohyeon-eup, Cheoin-gu, Yongin-si, to Choburi opened in December last year, and the Yongin-Pogok road project connecting Mapyeong-dong, Cheoin-gu, Yongin-si, to Choburi is expected to proceed. Once these roads of Local Road No. 57 open as planned, smooth travel between Yongin, Opo, and Bundang areas is expected.
Yongin Semiconductor Cluster planned, expected to secure abundant demand base...convenient living infrastructure also in place
Cheoin-gu, where Hillstate Yongin Dunjeon Station is located, has various development benefits besides transportation. Recently, the ‘Yongin Semiconductor Cluster,’ with an investment of over 120 trillion KRW on about 4.48 million㎡ in Wonsam-myeon, Cheoin-gu, is a representative example.
SK Hynix and more than 50 domestic and international semiconductor companies are expected to move in, and if the industrial complex is completed as planned in 2024, it is expected to create more than 20,000 direct and indirect jobs.
Additionally, Yongin City hosts Yongin Technovalley and the planned 2nd Yongin Technovalley general industrial complex, as well as the planned Yongin International Logistics 4.0 logistics complex, providing a workplace-close residential location and securing a rich demand base.
Moreover, various living infrastructures such as education, convenience, and parks are in place. Within walking distance of the complex, the Pogok-ro area has various living and convenience facilities including Nonghyup Hanaro Mart, GS The Fresh Mart, and hospitals. Dunjeon Elementary School is accessible on foot near the complex, and within a 1 km radius are Yeongmun Middle School and Pogok High School.
To the left of the complex is Gyeongan Stream, and about 1.6 km walking distance from the complex, the ‘Gyeongan Stream Urban Forest’ is planned. According to Yongin City, an urban forest with a small forest, pond, and walking trails covering about 77,727㎡, equivalent to 10 soccer fields, is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2022.

Community facilities will include a fitness center, indoor golf practice range, daycare center, H i-Sup (indoor children’s playground), book caf?, imagination library, sauna, and guest rooms. Approximately 24,782㎡ of neighborhood park will be created around the complex, allowing residents to enjoy walks and outings during leisure time.
