Martial Arts, Startup Non-Face-to-Face Hackathon to Start Next Month... Applications Open from the 4th
[Asia Economy Reporter Jeong Hyunjin] The Korea International Trade Association announced on the 3rd that it will begin recruiting participants for the 'Pivoting Hackathon with Startups' competition, which will be held next month, starting on the 4th.
This competition was organized to develop innovative services and new business models by utilizing the ▲user gaze tracking technology ▲augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) technology ▲game user behavior analysis technology of three startups?VisualCamp, Salin, and Tentoplay?that are co-hosting the hackathon.
Applications can be submitted via email until the 24th of this month. The competition will proceed through document screening and preliminaries, with the finals held on the 9th of next month, and all events will be conducted online. A total prize of 9 million KRW is at stake, and the nine teams selected in the final round will receive prize money along with additional benefits such as job offers and extra points upon hiring, depending on the recruitment field.
