8 COVID-19 Cases Confirmed in Incheon... 3 Infected After Contact with Confirmed Patients

[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] On the 1st, Incheon City announced that 8 people tested positive for COVID-19. Among them, 3 were contacts of previously confirmed cases, and the infection routes of the remaining 5 are under investigation by health authorities. No additional confirmed cases related to small-scale cluster infections in the region have been reported.
The new confirmed cases by district were 4 in Yeonsu-gu, 2 in Namdong-gu, and 1 each in Gyeyang-gu and Seo-gu. As of this day, the cumulative number of COVID-19 cases in Incheon stands at 3,832.
