The organization appointed Standing Advisor Kim Doo-kwan, a member of the National Assembly, and Advisors Lee Ki-myung, former chairman of Roh Moo-hyun’s support committee, and Kim Tae-rang, former Secretary-General of the National Assembly.
Secretary-General is Song Jae-wook, Gyeongnam representative of Roh Moo-hyun Keepers, and Director is Ha Kyung-seok, former national director of Nosamo. About 50 founding members, including standing committee members and Nosamo members, were listed.
They introduced themselves as "an organization to support the right person to inherit the spirit of Roh Moo-hyun," and stated the founding purpose as "Now, for the historic task you left behind when you departed, we want to once again reflect on what the Roh Moo-hyun spirit is."
Through the declaration, they said, "Your wish to spend a humble remaining life as an elder of Bongha Village could never be fulfilled," but added, "Nevertheless, Roh Moo-hyun’s death was revived through the candlelight revolution of tens of millions, and the history of anguish has finally been rewritten."
They then questioned, "Are we perhaps forgetting the intense sincerity of yesterday and remaining in arrogance and complacency? Are we moving toward a country where true principles and common sense prevail, and a world without privilege and unfairness?"
They continued, "The comrades participating here include those who joined the Uri Party, founded in 2003 aiming for an open communitarianism, and Nosamo members," raising their voices to say, "We want to become truly awakened citizens who inherit the political values left by Roh Moo-hyun."
Finally, they affirmed their will, saying, "So that the slogan ‘Is this a country?’ is not repeated, we will take the lead with citizens who share the same will, even if it is a small step."
