Changwon City Rolls Up Sleeves to Improve Poor Working Conditions for Small Business Owners
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Saeyan] Changwon City in Gyeongnam Province is taking steps to improve the poor management and working conditions of small and medium-sized enterprises.
Changwon City announced on the 29th that it will accept applications for the Small Business Management Environment Improvement Project until February 26.
This project is being promoted with the aim of alleviating the difficulties faced by small business owners whose management burdens have increased due to the impact of the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) and improving their business conditions.
The small-scale management environment improvement project targets small business owners who have been Zero Pay affiliated stores and have been operating in Changwon City for more than six months.
80% of the facility improvement cost per store (supply price), up to a maximum of 2 million KRW, will be supported. This year, with a budget of 800 million KRW, support is planned for about 400 locations.
The support areas include store management environment improvement and promotional support, such as outdoor sign replacement, interior and exterior improvements, restroom improvements, purchase of facility fixtures, safety and system fields, website construction, and production of promotional materials.
In particular, this year, support for COVID-19 quarantine facilities has been added, including support for fever measurement devices, installation of table partitions, and shields.
