The Exclusive Breakfast at Sushi Cho package is available for stays in the Junior Suite or Royal Suite. The Westin Chosun Seoul’s one and only rare Royal Suite features two bedrooms and can accommodate up to four guests without additional charges.
Guests can enjoy a neatly arranged Japanese breakfast prepared exclusively for them in Sushi Cho’s private room, located on the 20th floor, the hotel’s highest level, offering both city views and gourmet experiences. For guests enjoying the Junior Suite, the main dish is abalone porridge made with abalone from Wando, known for its revitalizing properties. The set also includes basic side dishes and soup, such as steamed egg that stimulates the appetite on chilly winter mornings, grilled sablefish with miso boasting a soft texture and rich flavor, beef brisket salad, and handmade tofu, all carefully composed as the ‘Abalone Porridge Set.’
Additionally, guests staying in the Royal Suite will be served the ‘Blowfish Nabe Set,’ a warm nabe-style hot pot made with blowfish, a seasonal winter ingredient, accompanied by neatly arranged side dishes in a traditional Korean table setting, offering a meal rich in both taste and nutrition. When four guests stay in the Royal Suite, they can choose either the ‘Blowfish Nabe Set’ or the ‘Abalone Porridge Set,’ served for four people.
