Kim Hak-do, the chairman, is delivering a commemorative speech at the 42nd anniversary founding ceremony held on the 29th at the Jungjingong headquarters in Jinju, Gyeongnam.

Chairman Kim Hak-do emphasized that this year, marking the 42nd anniversary, he will foster an organizational culture united as a 'One Team.'
SBC announced that it held a 42nd anniversary commemorative ceremony on the morning of the 29th at its headquarters auditorium in Jinju, Gyeongnam. To comply with the government's social distancing guidelines, the number of attendees was limited to a minimum, including exemplary employees in COVID-19 response. Employees who did not attend in person participated online from their offices.
During the ceremony, encouragement was given to outstanding employees who led efforts to overcome the COVID-19 crisis and support small and medium ventures last year, and awards were presented to exemplary employees. This was followed by congratulatory video messages from internal and external guests and a commemorative speech by Chairman Kim Hak-do.
Earlier, to mark the 42nd anniversary, SBC held a founding anniversary week starting from the 25th, attracting attention. In particular, the 'Neighborly Relations (42)' program, which looks back at neighbors, and the 'Our Relations (42)' program, which focuses on colleagues, were evaluated as opportunities for SBC to reflect on its neighbors and internal colleagues.
In his commemorative speech, Chairman Kim emphasized, "To make this year the first year to root an organizational culture united as One Team, we will continuously enhance fairness and transparency throughout organizational operations." To this end, he urged employees, "Based on communication, consideration, trust, and collaboration, let us join forces so that our small and medium ventures can lead change and play their role as a key growth engine driving the national economy."
