Busan Bank Donates Special Fund to Korean Red Cross Busan Chapter
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyo-jin] BNK Busan Bank announced on the 28th that it donated a special fund of 49 million KRW to the Busan branch of the Korean Red Cross.
The donated fund will be used as financial resources for projects supporting underprivileged groups in the region and disaster relief activities such as those for COVID-19 and typhoons.
A Busan Bank official who attended the special fund donation ceremony said, "Busan Bank will continue activities to spread a culture of sharing, such as supporting underprivileged groups in the region, as a reliable partner of the community."
Since 2007, Busan Bank has donated special funds annually to the Korean Red Cross and has participated in various activities of the Korean Red Cross for underprivileged groups in the region, including the Red Cross sharing bazaar, charity walking events, and the Love Blood Donation Relay.
