Personal Information Protection Commission Begins In-Depth Discussions on Pseudonymized Data Integration Agency Operations... Aiming for Safe Data Integration
[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] The Personal Information Protection Commission announced on the 27th that it held the 'Pseudonymized Information Integration Expert Institution Working Council' and discussed matters for safe data integration, such as pseudonymized information integration and export, and system linkage for data transmission.
The Working Council is a consultative body composed of heads of practical departments from 12 integration expert institutions and data expert institutions, established as a follow-up measure to the discussions of the Integration Expert Institution Council formed on the 18th of last month.
The Working Council will operate as a platform to share and discuss technical and practical common issues occurring in the integration field, propose procedural and institutional improvement measures, or collect opinions on alternatives, thereby communicating with the field.
The Personal Information Protection Commission plans to actively listen to difficulties in the field to ensure the stable establishment of the pseudonymized information system in the integration field and reflect them in system improvements.
