This donation was the profit from coffee sales over a total of nine months, from April to December last year, at the robot coffee machine "Charlotte" installed in the smart cafeteria at Lotte Chilsung Beverage headquarters.
The donation will be used for medical expenses for children from low-income families who are suffering from pediatric cancer and leukemia and facing financial difficulties.
Considering the social distancing situation, Lotte Chilsung Beverage held a non-face-to-face donation ceremony with the Korea Leukemia Children's Foundation and took time to discuss ways to continuously support children from low-income families using the profits from "Charlotte."
