[Today's Weather] Rain Stops on Commute, Temperature Rises and Warms Up

The Korea Meteorological Administration stated, "Due to the influence of warm southwesterly winds on this day, most regions nationwide except for Gangwon Yeongseo will experience temperatures above freezing."
The daytime high temperatures will also rise above 5 degrees Celsius in most areas, 4 to 8 degrees higher than the average (daytime highs of 0 to 7 degrees Celsius).
Additionally, due to rain that fell until dawn, the surface near the ground will be humid on this day.
The rain that was falling the previous day will mostly stop between 3 a.m. and 9 a.m. on this day, and in the eastern Gyeongnam region, the rain will ease around noon.
Snow will fall in areas of Gangwon Yeongseo where temperatures are low, and in northern Gyeonggi, rain will change to snow during the early morning hours.
Expected precipitation amounts are △Chungnam region, Jeolla region, Gyeongnam region, Jeju Island 5?20 mm △Seoul metropolitan area, inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon, Chungbuk, inland Gyeongbuk, and the five western islands about 5 mm △Gangwon East Coast, Gyeongbuk East Coast, Ulleungdo and Dokdo about 1 mm.
Expected snowfall is 1?5 cm in the Gangwon mountainous areas.
Morning low temperatures by region are forecasted as △Seoul 3°C △Chuncheon 0°C △Gangneung 5°C △Daejeon 3°C △Cheongju 2°C △Daegu 3°C △Gwangju 7°C △Jeonju 6°C △Busan 9°C △Jeju 12°C.
Daytime high temperatures are △Seoul 9°C △Chuncheon 9°C △Gangneung 10°C △Daejeon 10°C △Cheongju 9°C △Daegu 12°C △Gwangju 12°C △Jeonju 12°C △Busan 13°C △Jeju 13°C.
Fine dust levels will range from 'Good' to 'Moderate,' but some areas in southern Gyeonggi and other parts of the Seoul metropolitan area will experience 'Bad' levels due to the influx of foreign fine dust and accumulation of domestic fine dust.

The Korea Meteorological Administration advised, "As temperatures drop, many places will experience dense fog with visibility below 200 meters along with light drizzle. Especially in some eastern Gyeonggi, inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon, northern Chungbuk, and inland Gyeongbuk where temperatures fall below freezing, many roads will have black ice. Please be especially cautious about traffic safety during the morning commute."
