Favorips is a compound word of the English words Favorite and Chips, meaning "healthy and delicious vegetable chips." Favorips cultivates mushrooms, the raw material, using log cultivation without herbicides instead of sawdust substrate cultivation.
After carefully cultivating the mushrooms, they are processed using a low-temperature vacuum frying method and seasoned with a small amount of natural sea salt. Through this process, shiitake and oyster mushrooms, previously known only as side dishes, are reborn as savory and nutritious snacks.
In particular, they retain the healthiness of the vegetable ingredients and the crispy texture of chips, allowing them to be enjoyed as nutritious snacks or drinking accompaniments, bringing bright and lively enjoyment to everyday life.
After obtaining 6th industry certification, Mideum Agricultural Cooperative Corporation introduced the country's first smart farm system for log shiitake cultivation. It has also been recognized for product safety and excellence through organic processing certification, governor's quality certification, certification as a small and medium-sized agricultural and industrial enterprise, and FDA approval in the United States.
