Doosan Group Completes Bundang Doosan Tower Construction... Major Affiliates Move In
[Asia Economy Reporter Ki-min Lee] Doosan Group announced on the 17th that it has completed the construction of 'Bundang Doosan Tower' located in Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, and will begin moving in in earnest.
Some departments of Doosan Heavy Industries & Construction and Doosan Infracore will start working at Bundang Doosan Tower on the 18th of this month, and affiliates such as Doosan Corporation, Doosan Bobcat, and Doosan Qubex will move in sequentially.
Bundang Doosan Tower was built on a site area of 8,943㎡, with a total floor area of 128,550㎡, and consists of 27 floors above ground and 7 floors underground, with a height of 119 meters. It is divided into two buildings, South and North, and features a skybridge connecting the upper parts.
It is equipped with employee convenience facilities such as a daycare center, fitness center, staff cafeteria, and auditorium, as well as collaboration spaces like remote offices and business centers. On the 4th floor of the South building, there is also a history hall introducing Doosan's history.

A Doosan official said, "By gathering major affiliates that were scattered across various locations into one space, we expect communication between affiliates to expand and work efficiency to improve," adding, "We will also strive to contribute to the development of Seongnam City as a member of the local community."
