One More Confirmed Case with Unknown Infection Route in Gwangju... Total 1,416 Cases
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Gwan-woo] One COVID-19 confirmed case with an unknown transmission route has been reported in Gwangju Metropolitan City.
According to Gwangju City on the 15th, as of 6 p.m. that day, one additional confirmed case residing in Buk-gu was diagnosed, classified as Gwangju case number 1416.
Including the three previously announced cases, the total number of new confirmed cases on this day was four.
Among the cumulative 1,416 confirmed cases, 1,314 are local infections and 102 are imported cases.
There are currently 269 patients receiving treatment after being confirmed with COVID-19, and 12 deaths have been reported.
Out of 398,267 people subject to COVID-19 testing, 11,076 are still undergoing tests.
