According to Seogwipo Coast Guard, at around 1:14 AM on the 13th, a vehicle fell into the sea near Pier 6 of Seogwipo Port, and a fisherman reported seeing a person floating. Seogwipo Police Station and Seogwipo Rescue Team urgently dispatched to the scene.
The Seogwipo Coast Guard Rescue Team rescued the driver A (male, 43 years old, Seogwipo), who was holding onto a life jacket thrown by the fisherman, at around 1:28 AM, and handed him over to the 119 emergency responders waiting at Seogwipo Port for transport to the hospital.
