DL E&C to Supply Approximately 20,000 Households This Year
e-Pyeonhansesang Gapyeong First One, Yeongjong International City Centum Venue, etc.
[Asia Economy Reporter Onyu Lim] DL E&C announced on the 12th that it plans to supply a total of 19,293 households (based on total supply volume) in major cities nationwide this year.
First, it is preparing to supply ‘e-Pyeonhansesang Gapyeong First One’ in the Gapyeong-gun area of Gyeonggi Province and ‘e-Pyeonhansesang Yeongjong International City Centum Venue’ in Block A28 of Yeongjong International City, Incheon. e-Pyeonhansesang Gapyeong First One consists of 4 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to a maximum of 27 floors above ground, with a total of 472 households sized 59?84㎡ (exclusive area). e-Pyeonhansesang Yeongjong International City Centum Venue consists of 16 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 29 floors above ground, with a total of 1,409 households sized 84 and 98㎡.
Both complexes will be the first in their regions to apply the renewed e-Pyeonhansesang brand identity and the differentiated C2 House design. Gapyeong is especially advantageous as a non-regulated area with high scarcity in the metropolitan area, offering relative freedom from restrictions on subscription, loans, and taxes. Yeongjong International City has the advantage of allowing residents to enjoy the living areas of Cheongna and Songdo International City through the third connecting bridge scheduled for completion in 2025, enabling home ownership at a more reasonable price.
In February, DL E&C plans to supply ‘e-Pyeonhansesang Geoje Eurosky’ in Big Island, the only planned city in Geoje City that continues to generate high expectations. It consists of 8 buildings ranging from 1 basement floor to 34 floors above ground, with a total of 1,113 households. Together with the sold-out ‘e-Pyeonhansesang Geoje Euro Island’ completed in 2019, it will form an e-Pyeonhansesang brand town of about 2,000 households. The complex will introduce high-end community facilities such as study rooms, private offices, indoor playgrounds, book cafes and small libraries, saunas, indoor golf practice ranges, open-air baths, and sky lounges. Additionally, it features an open balcony design (for some units) that maximizes ocean views.
Last year, DL E&C successfully sold 16,227 units based on the excellent product quality and brand power of e-Pyeonhansesang. ‘e-Pyeonhansesang Gimpo Urban Venue’ in Masong District, Gimpo City, found owners for all units within 6 days of contract signing. Despite anticipated difficulties in sales, ‘e-Pyeonhansesang Namyang New Town’ also achieved a perfect sell-out in a short period, recording a highest competition rate of 196.33 to 1 in the non-face-to-face, region-customized marketing-based no-queue subscription. In addition, ‘e-Pyeonhansesang Suncheon Urban Tower’ recorded a sell-out with 21,920 subscription applications, the highest number ever received in Suncheon City, reaffirming consumers’ strong trust in e-Pyeonhansesang.
e-Pyeonhansesang has undergone a major brand renewal last year to go beyond basic values and present the most ideal residential culture demanded by the times.
